In 1961, Bob Dylan wrote three unpublished verses for a song called “On Wisconsin”. In 2017, Milwaukee musician Trapper Schoepp set the verses to music, and created this music video featuring scores of Wisconsin musicians, filmmakers, politicians, and celebrities.
